Second computer I've purchased from here, Lovin' it after day 1. only complaint I could possibly muster up would be the length of time in which it took to process my order, but as far as shipping it only took 3 days to ship all the way across the country so I can't possibly complain at that :P

Machine did not start out of the box, after a 50 minute wait on tech support I got a very helpful tech support person. After reseating the video card the machine works like a dream.

I asked for a metalic grey casing got a black casing. It looks fine so I am not unhappy over it.

Sales person was amazing. Was very helpful and was quick to respond. I will buy from them again

ATM my power supply is faulty... and I have not heard from customer service yet.

Other than that it is great, however my computer will not work.

Everything from viewing the website initialy receiving my new PC went fairly smoothly. Unfortunately I have to rate product quality and tech support low because I was given a computer where the on-board audio does not work. I have exchanged emails with Matthew Harvis, on tech support. He offered a new motherboard to fix the issue, but since that offer I haven't heard anything back from him. I have sent several emails and left several voice messages for him, but I haven't received any response in 6 days.

I'm not sure of the reason why this issue isn't being resolved, but this reflects badly on CyberPower PC. I may yet be content if the issue is resolved, but I'm not pleased with the situation right now.

I have been building PCs for 15 years and work in the IT industry. CyberPowerPC made my PC purchase experience so easy that I will never waste my time building a PC again. CyberPower PC's are fantastic quality and shipping is very fast. I will be directly all my friends and co-workers to your site.

Very responsive sales department. Good machine, exactly as I was hoping for except for the wirelss card which was a bit weak for my current distance to AP. Overall excellent machine.
